Stunning river views and contemporary design of the hotel were just amazing. The location was perfect, close to all the important places. The breakfast offered a full set of local and international cuisines and the canapes were really delicious.
The staff was attentive but seemed to have language barriers while communicating with non-native Chinese speakers. Some guests had a hard time ordering, and the staff had trouble understanding their requests.

Located close to the expressway, the hotel is convenient for business trips but not ideal for shopping. Rooms are clean and well-appointed with opening windows, and breakfast offers a varied range of Western and local cuisine, including fresh juice and French toast. the executive lounge serves drinks and hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, with a spectacular view of the skyline. the swimming pool is clean and enjoyable with a good water temperature.
The hotel doesn't offer any night bed service, and some guests have complained about poor soft services including the performance or the answers from the staff.

What a fantastic weekend! The breakfast selection was amazing, with plenty of both Western and Chinese dishes to choose from. The pastries were particularly delicious! I also appreciated the free WiFi and the selection of UK plug sockets. The location was great too, with plenty to see and do nearby. And the staff were always friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions I had.
The only downside to my stay was the lobby not being located on the ground floor. It was a bit of a hassle having to transfer to another elevator every time I left the hotel.
